Human Resources Clerk:
Under the direction of the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Clerk is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Manger and Managers accomplish HR related tasks such as but not limited to with employee hiring, administrative duties, and clerical duties. They will maintain HR records and documentation, creating, and distributing HR procedures, completing data entry tasks, and answering HR phone calls and emails. Additionally, the Human Resources Clerk is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the human resources department including filing, faxing, copying, and organizing HR files.
The successful candidate will have grade 12, preferably a diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a combination of education and relevant experience, organizational skills, time management and ability to multi-task. Must have working knowledge of Excel and Word.
SCHEDULE: The main office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm however, schedules will vary dependent upon work location.
WORK LOCATION: main office in North Battleford
SALARY: Competitive salaries; determined upon Education and Experience
